Yearly

Recommended

$119 a year$149 a year

This price is locked. It never goes up for as long as you stay subscribed.

Founding rate, for launch.

4 months free against paying monthly. You pay for 8 and get twelve.

USD. Both start with the free seven days, and both are the same product. When the founding rate ends the price goes back up for new subscribers, and stays where it is for everyone already on it.

The year costs about what one session with a private therapist does. A specialist who treats this is still the best thing there is; this is priced for the hours around one.

  • Free for seven days, everything included
  • Card up front, nothing taken until day seven
  • Cancel any time
  • 30 days refund policy, no questions asked

Payments run through Stripe. We never see your card number, and your statement shows a neutral name rather than anything about what this is for.

If it did not help, take the money back.

For 30 days after a payment, email us and we refund it. You do not have to explain, you do not have to prove you used it, and nobody will ask you to stay. This is the thing people spend money on when they are not doing well, and it should be the easiest money in the world to get back.

What the subscription is for.

The chat, whenever it hits

Ride It Out for the middle of a wave, Learn and Practice for the calmer hours. Neither one will give you the answer, however many times you ask.

The lessons

Three short ones on why thoughts stick, watching instead of wrestling, and facing it on purpose. Every claim carries its source in the sentence that makes it.

Your ladder

The things the loop has taken, ordered from the one you could face this week to the one you cannot picture yet, with the next rung opening as each turns boring.

Guided practice

A steady voice that talks you through the step you chose and stays until the feeling comes down on its own.

Limits you set in advance

Decide how often you are allowed to open it. Giving yourself more room asks you once whether you are sure; in a crisis you can pause the ceilings for a day.

Encryption we cannot undo

Everything you write is sealed on your device before it is sent, and we do not hold the key.

The questions worth answering up front.

What happens on day seven?
The first payment comes out, and it is the first money we take from you. Nothing is taken during the seven days. If you cancel before day seven you are not charged at all, and you keep access until the trial runs out.
Why do you need a card for a free trial?
Every trial costs us real money to run, and a trial that costs nothing to start is a trial people open twenty accounts for. Taking a card is what keeps the free week open to everyone who genuinely wants it. It is one trial per person.
How do I cancel?
Two clicks from inside the app, through Stripe's own billing page, at any hour. There is no form, no email to write and nobody who will try to talk you out of it.
What if I pay and it does not help?
Email us within 30 days of a payment and we refund it. No questions and no reason needed. If this is not the thing that helps you, we would rather you spent the money on something that does.
What shows up on my statement?
A neutral name that does not say what this is for. Same with anything we email you. A card statement and an inbox are both things other people in your house can see.
Is any of this free?
The clinical guidance the lessons are built on is free to read, and always will be, whether or not you ever pay us anything.

Seven days is enough to know whether this is different.

Card up front, first charge on day seven, cancel any time before then. Then $15 a month, with 30 days to change your mind.

What you’re paying for is structured practice, not therapy and not a crisis service. If tonight is an emergency, the safety page lists people who answer the phone.
